1F (Brewhouse)
Korean alcohol has carried forward fermentation science for 5,000 years without interruption. Breweries have stood at the center of that legacy.
Chunpoong Brewery observed that the fermentation know-how of outstanding brewmasters across Korea shares a common foundation. To realize the authentic fermentation science of Korea, accumulated over 5,000 years, we integrated brewers' know-how with AIoT technology that combines AI and the Internet of Things.
Our culture and our liquor, continued over five millennia. Chunpoong is the only brewery that authentically carries forward the essence of fermentation science - the foundation of Korean alcohol.
1F (Interior)
Chunpoong Brewery is designed as an architectural space where guests can experience, through all five senses, a brewery that connects the past, present, and future. Each area places Korean cultural elements in a functional way.
The first floor presents a present-future brewery centered on an advanced brewhouse, while also incorporating a space that recalls the atmosphere of traditional breweries.
2F (Bar)
The second floor is a tasting area inspired by the mood of a traditional
hanok. It features a bar table that can seat up to 12 guests.
Here, we present the value of Korean alcohol and the excellence of Korea's subtle fermentation science through curated tastings.
With explanations and tastings led by brewery specialists, we aim to correct misconceptions about Korean alcohol and deliver accurate information and value.
Corporate incentive tours and a wide range of domestic and international tour sessions are currently in operation.
3F (Modern Royal Craft Gallery)
The third floor is an exhibition space that spatially expresses liquor
maturing inside a fermentation tank.
Guests may also purchase selected works after viewing them with explanation.
Chunpoong Brewery is a place that conveys the dignity and value of
Korea's diverse culture.
Exterior (Lounge)
Chunpoong Brewery Lounge, located right across from the brewery. It is a space where you can enjoy various pop-ups and brewery tours combined with food.
By using the same materials as the brewery building's exterior facade, it creates a sense of unity and delivers a feeling of being in a single space through visual connectivity. It can accommodate groups of 30 or more, and also hosts private rental events and various cultural performances.
Opening the front windows allows access to the outdoor terrace, presenting a unique and exotic feeling.
